Your Files and Privacy
By using our Services, you furnish us with information, files, and folders that you submit to GoApps. We don’t insist any ownership of any of these. We may need your permission to do things you ask us to do with your files, for example, hosting your data, or sharing them at your discretion. This authority also extends to trusted third parties we work with to provide the Services.
GoApps will not be responsible for any loss or degradation of your files, or for any costs or charges associated with backing up or restoring any of your files. If your contact information or other information related to your account, changes, you must notify us promptly and keep your information current.
Cooperation with the technicians at GoApps: We will use commercially feasible efforts to render the support to you. Our experience shows that most problems can be corrected as a result of close collaboration between you and the technician. Please listen carefully to the technician and follow the technician’s instructions. You must confirm that the following conditions are correct:
To avail services from us, you must finish the Registration Process by furnishing us with contemporary, complete and precise information as prompted by and required under the applicable Registration Form. You also will choose a password and a username. You are individually and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
We may reject or discontinue your use if you are not abiding by these Terms, or use the Services in any way that would cause us legal liability or disrupt others’ use of the Services.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Under this policy: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

If you are, for any reason, not thoroughly happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund. To request a refund, just contact us with your subscription details within seven days of your purchase.
All charges payable by you for the GoApps shall be by the scale of costs and expenses issued from time to time by us on our website, errors and cancellations excepted and shall be outstanding and payable in advance of provision of the GoApps.
Credit Card Billing
You may be asked to furnish us with a credit card number from a card issuer that we accept to activate your Service. You as a result of this authorize GoApps to charge and put a hold on your credit card in regard to any unpaid charges for Services or any related equipment.
By the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, GoApps will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the GoApps and the GoApps website if such claims are reported to GoApps in the
manner identified in the sample notice below.
